Maria brings over two decades of advanced clinical expertise to ReFresh. With a background in cardiac critical care and 20+ years providing anesthesia as a CRNA—including specialization in ultrasound-guided pain management—her foundation in anatomy has developed a high level of precision.
She has also held leadership roles in healthcare, serving as Vice President and co-owner of a successful all-CRNA anesthesia group.
At ReFresh, Maria focuses on full-face injectable treatments using dermal fillers, neuromodulators (‘tox), and biostimulators. Her advanced needle skills, combined with a sharp artistic eye and creative background in painting and design, allow her to deliver balanced, natural results. Her needle is her paintbrush—your face, her canvas.
Maria also offers prescription therapies targeting skin health, weight management, and wellness. As a woman navigating menopause herself, she’s passionate about helping other women feel confident, vibrant, and empowered at every stage.

KayBre is a licensed esthetician known for her relaxing touch and calming presence. She specializes in eyebrow threading, tinting and lamination, lash lifts and tints, full-body waxing, dermaplaning, customized facials, and SknLab facials.
Her advanced training with Ayala Abramov (“Aya’s Touch”) in Los Angeles refined her technique in luxury facials, emphasizing sculpting massage and facial manipulation for a deeply rejuvenating experience.
