Your appointments are important to us.  We realize that unexpected circumstances may require you to change or cancel appointments.  If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require you to provide at least a 24 hour notice.

If you are running late to your appointment, we request that you text 270-227-6405 to notify your provider.  Any cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance is subject to a $50 cancellation fee or 50% of your service charge.  We can then reschedule your appointment for another time.  

Should you arrive 15 minutes or more after your appointment time, we reserve the right to reschedule as it may not leave enough time for your service without interfering with another appointment.  

Three cancellations may result in an inability to book further appointments.
