Lower face 'tox is important to begin late 30's to early 40's.  This will compliment your upper face 'tox and slow down the aging process.  The muscles in our lower face are depressor muscles which pull down the corners of our mouth, cause dimpling of the chin, jawline/"jowling", and accelerates overall aging of the neck.  This will involve injections along the jawline, corners of mouth, possible chin, and the neck bands.  Typically most patients only need this treatment every 6 months depending on exercise level and metabolism. Once a patient is in the age 50 or greater with moderate to severe laxity, surgical intervention is the best option.
