ReFresh Health offers a medically managed weight loss program using compounded weight loss injections.  

This program will consist of an initial consult with assessment.  Each program member will receive a packet that consist of educational information about the drug, recommendations, and a sample diet plan.  It is strongly encouraged during this time to begin a routine of healthy lifestyle choices including nutrition with a focus on protein intake and exercise.  We will measure your weight/BMI, do body measurements, fat percentage, lean muscle mass percentages, and more.  The focus of this program will be to lose weight, but not lean muscle mass to preserve metabolism and maintain muscle tone. 

This program will be home self injections.  You will receive pre-filled syringes each month for your individual calculated dose.  The consult will include teaching how to self inject the medication.  

Appointments:

• Initial consultation

• Monthly visits for measurements and to receive the next month's medication syringes

 

​Each client in the weight loss program will have a direct contact number for any questions/concerns along with prescription options to help with side effects like Zofran for nausea.
